The Small Business Grant Program
The Davis Chamber of Commerce is now accepting submissions for its Small Business Grant Program.
Our Small Business Grant Program supports the small businesses that make Davis special. Grants require no repayment and can be used flexibly, for improvements, training, technology, or whatever helps your business grow.
Nominations open each August. Watch this page or reach out to the Chamber office when the window opens.
Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both welcome. Full details, including how the selection works, are on the Foundation’s Small Business Grants page.
Eligibility
Who can apply
- Current Davis Chamber member in good standing
- Fewer than 10 employees
- Annual operating budget under $500,000
- Self-nominations or third-party nominations accepted
How It Works
Selection
A selection committee made up of the Chamber Board President, grant sponsors, and staff reviews all nominations. Awards require no repayment and can be applied to the needs that matter most to your business.
Apply
The nomination form
The nomination form asks for your business name and address, employee count, operating budget, and membership status, plus a short explanation (500 words maximum) of how your business contributes to the community and why it is worthy of a grant.
